2018 Call for Proposals

We invite proposals for paper presentations, workshops/interactive sessions, posters/exhibits, or colloquia addressing one of the following themes:

  • Theme 1: Economic and Demographic Perspectives on Aging
  • Theme 2: Public Policy and Public Perspectives on Aging
  • Theme 3: Medical Perspectives on Aging, Health, Wellness
  • Theme 4: Social and Cultural Perspectives on Aging
  • 2018 Special Focus: Aging, Health, Well-being and Care in a Time of Extreme Demographic Change

Become a Presenter

1 Submit a Proposal

If you would like to present, start by submitting a proposal. You will need the following: presentation type, short/long descriptions, keywords, focus, themes, and biographical information.

2 Review Timeline

After we receive your presentation proposal, it moves to the evaluation step. Proposals are reviewed in monthly rounds, and notifications are sent two to four weeks after submission.

3 Register

Once your proposal is accepted, you must register before our Program Development team can schedule your presentation.

Important Dates

We welcome the submission of proposals at any time of the year. All proposals will be reviewed within two to four weeks of submission.

Once your proposal is accepted register by one of the deadlines below to be scheduled as a presenter.

Advance Registration Deadline 18 December 2017
Early Registration Deadline 18 March 2018
Regular Registration Deadline 18 August 2018
Late Registration Deadline 18 September 2018
